We hold various lines in our stock for quick delivery. The lines are made to measure and match as close as possible to the manufacturer’s spec.

Sometimes, due to manufacturers using different systems, the line lengths on wings do not always match up with the line plans. Also, lengths can vary according to the material used and the load it's been under.

Due to manufacturers using different systems to make up their lines, the line lengths on wings do not always match the line plans. Also, lengths can vary according to the material used and the load it's been under. The accurate way to measure the exact length is to use the same line from the opposite side. Suppose you send us the same line from the opposite side of the wing to the damaged one. We can use this to produce the replacement line of the exact length.

Please be aware that the new lines are measured with 5kg tension when comparing old and new lines. Damaged and old lines also can shrink or stretch. Always symmetrically check your lines after a replacement and inflate the wing to test.
